1922 Isotta Fraschini

Presented by Roy E. Margenau III

The Italian firm of Isotta Fraschini was known for producing innovative, high, quality automobiles. They were the first to use four-wheel brakes (in 1910) and one of the first to use an in-line eight cylinder engine. Their cars were often priced 50-percent higher than Rolls-Royce, and this example originally cost $19,875 - the same as 40 Model-T Fords.
