Tony Watts

Tony Watts describes his work as “mixed media photography.” By combining photographs in layers of archival paper and canvas, he creates three dimensional images which exhibit a new illusion of depth. Subject matter for his auto series is obtained from events such as Keeneland, Hershey and Amelia Island.

Tony is also a car enthusiast and owns a restored 1959 Triumph TR3A and an about-to-be-restored 1966 XK-E 2+2 FHC. Tony won first prize in the photography category at “Art In The Pass 2013” in Pass Christian, Mississippi and was also featured in the “Cars in Art” show at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum in Biloxi in 2014. Recently, Tony has displayed his work at the “British Car Show 2016” in New Orleans and “Eurofest Natchez 2016” in MS.
