Since the first automobiles rolled – they were more than transportation, they became a status symbol. It didn’t take very long, design and style became selling points. It was natural that artists took note of the automobiles artistic design. With that, they started creating their own works of art. Automotive art was launched.
Each year we jury and select regionally talented automotive artists to show at the Keeneland Concours d’Elegance. Paintings, photographs, mixed media and sculpture are under the roof just as you enter the Keene Barn leading to the Entertainment Center. Talk to the amazing artists while deciding which piece of art is going home with you, its all part of the Keeneland Concours experience.
